What is the exchange policy?

All products purchased from ShoppingOnOnline come with a 7 days exchange policy. You may exchange the product for any reasons, in the given time frame. 

  • Returned goods are ONLY exchangeable with other products at the exact price paid. You are required to pay for the balance if you wish to exchange for a higher priced item. 
  • Customer has to pay for the delivery back of the item, unless it's a direct fault or mistake on our side . We recommend that customer insure the package and deliver via a traceable method such as Poslaju or DHL. 
  • 10% of the item's price will be deducted as processing and handling fee, unless it's a direct fault or mistake on our side or because there is serious quality fault on the item.  
  • In case customer option for exchange, customer will have to pay for the delivery of the new item.  

 

The following conditions apply:-

1. All goods returned must remain in their original condition with ShoppingOnOnline product tag attached.   

2. Items returned Stained, Washed, or Used will NOT be eligible for return.

3. Shipment fee are not refund able, we will deduct the shipping charges from your refund. We will inspect the product before any exchange can be made. Shippingcost is not included.

Please contact our customer service thru Email before doing any exchange, providing us your order no, reason for exchange, image of defective item, we will seek the best solution to help you solve your problem.

Attn: Any exchange done without contacting our customer service is under buyer’s own responsibility.

We reserve the right to refuse a exchange/refund of any item if the above requirements are not fulfilled.

 

What is the return policy? 

Products need to be returned to us in its original state and in the condition they were sent in, within 7 days if your return is accepted. 

Note:

Check parcel before sign receiving, do not receive if parcel’s packing is broken and quantity of order item is incorrect. ShoppingOnOnline does not responsible if broken parcel’s packing and incorrect quantity of order item is found after sign receiving with courier.

  • Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, Strands will refund your purchase price (not including shipping and handling cost). 
  • We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. 

 

Conditions that are not under Return Policy: 

  • Misuse or mishandling of product  
  • Incorrect storing method, ie in damp environment  
  • Exposure to too high or too low temperature  
  • Any alteration done to product  
  • Dirt cause by food and drinks  
  • Any exchange done without contacting our customer service  
  • Any product returned with incomplete packing and accessories  
  • Tag was removed and wore item  
  • Exceeded exchange period, small area of dirt, washed  
  • Products not purchased from ShoppingOnOnline 
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return/refund of any item if the above requirements are not fulfilled.
