1) Are product photos 100% same as the actual product?

We capture the photos from the actual product with the camera. All product(s) are same as the photo.  Product colour might be varying with real product little bit due to colour setting of the monitor.


2) Is this stock available? 

Yes, all the goods we display are ready stocks. However, the goods are on a first come first serve basis and once the products are sold it will take the time to re-stock. We suggest you confirm your order as soon as you see something you like because chances are it will be snapped up before long.


3) Are prices displayed included postal fee?

6) How many days for shipping to my house? 

Your orders will be processed on a daily basis, on business days, which mean Monday to Friday. We will ship to you as soon as possible. Deliver to west Malaysia approximately 1-5 working dayseast Malaysia approximately 7 working days. In case, you order during the weekend or public holiday.  Under special circumstances, it may take longer for the shipment to reach its destination. For oversea buyer approximately will take 5-10 working days or longer time frame depends on the different country. 


7) In case I bought out of stock products?

You can choose an alternative product(s) that available at our website with the same value or request for cash refundable.  We understand this may be of an inconvenience to you and we do apologize beforehand should this situation arise. 8) What is the exchange policy?

All products purchased from shoppingononline.com come with a 7 days exchange policy. You may exchange the product for any reasons, in the given time frame. 

  • Returned goods are ONLY exchangeable with other products at the exact price paid. You are required to pay for the balance if you wish to exchange for a higher priced item. 
  • The customer has to pay for the delivery back of the item unless it's a direct fault or mistake on our side. We recommend that customer insures the package and deliver via a traceable method such as Poslaju or DHL. 
  • 10% of the item's price will be deducted as processing and handling fee, unless it's a direct fault or mistake on our side or because there is a serious quality fault on the item.  
  • In case customer option for exchange, the customer will have to pay for the delivery of the new item.  


The following conditions apply:-

1. All goods returned must remain in their original condition with shoppingononline.com product tag attached.   

2. Items returned Stained, Washed, or Used will NOT be eligible for return.

3. Shipment fee is not refunded able, we will deduct the shipping charges from your refund. We will inspect the product before any exchange can be made. Shipping cost is not included.

9) What is the return policy?

Products need to be returned to us in its original state and in the condition they were sent in, within 7 days if your return is accepted. 

Check parcel before sign receiving, do not receive if parcel’s packing is broken and quantity of order item is incorrect. Shoppingononline.com does not responsible if broken parcel’s packing and incorrect quantity of order item are found after sign receiving with the courier.

  • Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, Strands will refund your purchase price (not including shipping and handling cost). 
  • We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
